Here I would like to share with you my very personal journey through the education system and my vocational training as an industrial mechanic – specializing in device and precision engineering. I am happy to give you insights into my academic career, my interests and the decisive steps on my career path.

I began my primary school education at the primary school in the Vaalserquartier, then continued my academic career at the Heinrich-Heine-Gesamtschule Aachen and finally attended the KKS Käthe-Kollwitz-Schule ‘Haushaltungsschule’. During this time I not only acquired valuable knowledge and skills, but also gained important personal experiences that have shaped me. The diverse experiences I have gained during my school years and professional career have shaped my passion for art and crafts.

The multifaceted world of technology and craftsmanship has always fascinated me. As an industrial mechanic specializing in equipment and precision engineering, I have already acquired a solid foundation in the practical and theoretical aspects of industrial production and technology. I was able to further deepen this knowledge when I completed training as a state-certified electrotechnical assistant for electronics and data technology (ETA), which not only gave me a university of applied sciences entrance qualification (FHR), but also reinforced my passion for electronics.

In my current position as Operation Customer Expert II at Teleperformance, I am able to successfully combine my technical skills and my knowledge of customer service. This role requires not only technical understanding, but also the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way and to respond to customer needs.

I would particularly like to highlight my time at Hamacher Beschläge as a CNC milling machine operator, where I was not only able to apply my theoretical knowledge, but also gained practical experience in the field of exhibition stand construction. This strengthened my skills in handling technical equipment and my teamwork and gave me valuable insights into the industry.
